How much do you charge? Depending on the size of the site and what's involved, prices can range from several hundred to several thousand dollars.	I have a nonprofit organization and a limited budget. Can you help? Yes. We offer discounted rates to qualified nonprofit organizations.
How long does it take to design a site? It depends. We've completed some sites in a week; some have taken a month or two. During the design process, we seek regular feedback from our clients. The quicker you get back to us with suggestions or changes, the quicker we get done!	I already have a domain name, but I don't know anything about it. What now? We run into this problem a lot - firms either go out of business or change locations, and clients have no idea what happened to their site. We have a recovery service, which includes researching your domain information and transferring ownership and data, if possible.
How do I get a domain name? We register the domain for you. We can help you think of one if you like, and we'll check to see if it's available.	What about email accounts? You will be able to create your own email addresses. The number of accounts depends on the host, but usually they offer more than you would ever need.
Can I keep track of who visits my site? Yes. Almost all hosting services offer statistics on who visits your site and from where.	What if my site needs updating? No problem. A small monthly fee usually takes care of any routine maintenance, depending on the size and frequency of the updates.
What about web hosting? To keep costs down, we enlist the help of third-party hosts. We have ties to a range of hosting companies to suit different budgets or needs. Of course, you can choose your own hosting service if you like.	Can I see my site as it's being developed? Yes! We'll put your site up at a temporary location, and you'll be able to see the work in progress. This is a great way for us to receive feedback from you.
Who owns my website? You do! The domain name will be registered to whomever you specify, and once the site is completed and paid in full, all ownership transfers to the client. We can also supply you a copy of the website on CD if you like, complete with source files.
